The production of DHW takes place inside the heat generator. The accumulation of the how water in the storage allows hot water in large quantities to meet customers’ needs during the time slots of the day with high demand. The addition of new hot water happens quickly thanks to the instantaneous heat generator. The DHW delivery temperature is controlled by an electronic mixing valve, and it’s also possible to install hot water feed-back loops in the Aquaskid in order to have water immediately warm even at the most distant taps.
By connecting appropriate solar panels, the Aquaskids can use the free energy from the sun, thereby greatly reducing gas and/or electricity consumption. It’s also possible connect energy recovering systems from refrigeration or multifunctional units dedicated to air conditioning, thus recovering the free heat that these units produce, and which would otherwise be lost in the environment.
EMS optimizes the functioning of Aquaskid-Gas with an appropriate management of production and storage temperatures, heating water only when needed by exploiting the stratification of water according to its temperature, and by where available incorporating renewable energy sources.
