Production of domestic hot water Aquaskid Electric

The production of domestic hot water (DHW) takes place via a plate heat exchanger powered by the hot water produced by the heat pump. The accumulation of hot water in the storage allows a considerable amount of hot water to meet the demands concentrated in certain time slots of the day. The recovery of hot water in the storage takes place quickly thanks to the heat exchanger. The DHW delivery temperature is controlled by an electronic mixing valve, and it is also possible to install the hot water feed-back loops in the Aquaskid® Eletric in order to have water immediately warm even at the farthest taps.

Green Energy Integration

By connecting appropriate solar panels, the Aquaskids can use the free energy from the sun thereby greatly reducing gas and/or electricity consumption. It’s also possible connect energy recovering systems from refrigeration or multifunctional units dedicated to air conditioning, thus recovering free heat that would otherwise be lost in the environment.

EMS optimizes the functioning of Aquaskid-Electric with an appropriate management of production and storage temperatures, heating water only when needed by exploiting the stratification of water according to its temperature, and by where available incorporating renewable energy sources.
